Our project management process consists of 4 main phases.

Phase 0

Technical Pre-Lease Review

  • Building technical specifications review and notes
  • Collecting all client requirements and based on them Preparation of Preliminary layouts – up to 3 revisions
  • Landlord’s contribution – review and negotiation recommendations
Phase 1

Pre-fit out works Project Management

  • Design Management – architectural, interior design and MEP design (HVAC, Electrical, WSS)
  • Preparation of Preliminary Budget, Preliminary Schedule of works and deliveries
  • Tender procedure for general contractor and subcontractors if it is needed, procurement of materials and services
  • Preparation of comparisons of all received proposals
Phase 2

Fit-Out Project Management

  • On-site technical supervision with quality and quantity assurance, schedule reviews and optimization
  • Cost management including budget tracking and possible optimizations
  • Coordination between all parties in the construction and delivering process
  • Project status reporting
Phase 3

Project Closeout

  • Handover inspection, preparation of snag list and tracking of improvements
  • Handover of project documentation with project closeout report
