Creating a workplace today means designing much more than desks and meeting rooms.

For the new Leverage Shares office in Sofia, our goal was to create an environment that supports different ways of working throughout the day—from focused individual tasks and informal collaboration to client meetings and moments of pause.

The 500 sqm office combines open workspaces with enclosed meeting rooms, phone booths, collaborative areas, lounge spaces and a welcoming kitchen that naturally encourages interaction between teams. Natural materials, soft textures, integrated planting and carefully selected lighting create a calm atmosphere, while exposed building services and acoustic elements contribute to the contemporary character of the interior.

Rather than making architecture the centre of attention, we focused on creating a workplace that helps people feel comfortable, productive and connected.
