Project overview

When Pay Retailers approached us to design their new office space, we embraced the opportunity to create an environment that would reflect their innovative spirit while fostering employee wellbeing and productivity. Our design philosophy centered on crafting a workspace that seamlessly blends professional elegance with practical functionality.

We chose a sophisticated color palette that draws from Pay Retailers’ brand identity, using deep navy blues and vibrant yellows against clean whites to create distinct zones throughout the office. Understanding the importance of natural light, we maximized the potential of the large windows and complemented them with carefully positioned LED panels and pendant lighting to ensure consistent illumination throughout the day.

In developing the layout, we carefully considered the various ways modern teams work. Our design incorporates open-plan areas with ergonomic workstations, while storage solutions are thoughtfully integrated into the overall aesthetic. We also created inviting casual meeting spaces and a welcoming break room with contemporary furnishings to encourage teamwork and relaxation.

Special attention was paid to the social spaces, where we implemented modular seating in company colors and contemporary furniture pieces that offer flexibility for different uses. A statement wall featuring a world map emphasizes Pay Retailers’ global presence, while carefully placed motivational messages reinforce their corporate culture.

Our acoustic strategy involved careful material selection, with carpet flooring in work areas and wooden flooring in social spaces helping to define different zones while managing sound levels effectively.
