The project explores a contemporary interpretation of the urban house — a sequence of independent four-storey residences brought together through a consistent architectural language and a carefully planned shared infrastructure.

The composition is based on clearly defined vertical volumes, each functioning as a separate home with its own entrance, internal circulation and outdoor spaces. Generous glazing opens the interiors towards the surrounding landscape, while recessed balconies and private roof terraces create a gradual transition between the living spaces and the natural setting at the foot of Vitosha Mountain.

The architecture is deliberately restrained, with depth and individuality created through a rhythm of projections, setbacks and framed openings. Light mineral façades are contrasted by dark grey cladding, warm wood-toned surfaces and slender metal pergolas. Together, these elements break down the scale of the buildings and give each residence a recognisable identity while maintaining the coherence of the overall development.

Vehicular access is organised entirely below ground through a shared internal street. Each house has two dedicated private garages with direct access to the residence. This solution removes cars from the spaces between the buildings and allows the ground level to remain quieter, greener and predominantly pedestrian.

Landscaped areas, private gardens, balconies and roof terraces extend the homes beyond their enclosed volumes. The result is a residential environment that combines the privacy and independence of a single-family house with the spatial efficiency and shared infrastructure of a thoughtfully planned urban development.
