The design follows MAN Group’s core guidelines—clear geometry, functional layouts, and a restrained palette. To add warmth, the team introduced contemporary interpretations of Bulgarian folklore. Subtle graphic motifs and textures in acoustic panels and finishes echo traditional textile patterns, providing a unique local identity without disrupting the professional aesthetic.

The layout supports a modern hybrid model by balancing different environments:
