Leverage Shares Offices

For the new Leverage Shares office in Office X, Sofia, we set out to create a workplace that feels less corporate and more human—an environment aligned with the way contemporary teams collaborate, focus and interact.

The 500 sqm office was designed around a variety of work settings that support different modes of activity. Open workspaces are complemented by meeting rooms, phone booths, lounge areas and social spaces, allowing employees to move naturally between focused work, collaboration and informal conversations.

Rather than relying on expressive forms, the project achieves its character through carefully selected materials and atmosphere. Natural wood veneer, decorative plaster finishes, integrated planting and a restrained palette create a calm and welcoming environment, while exposed building services and acoustic elements reinforce the contemporary identity of the space without compromising comfort.

A comprehensive workplace planning strategy ensured that every area responds to the needs of an international team, balancing efficiency with flexibility and encouraging both productivity and wellbeing. Acoustic performance, furniture selection and spatial organisation were considered from the earliest design stages to create an environment that supports everyday work rather than simply accommodating it.

At Leverage Shares, luxury is not expressed through excess, but through the quality of the everyday experience. The architecture remains intentionally understated, allowing comfort, functionality and human interaction to become the defining qualities of the workplace.
