The Kamenitza’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria, was transformed into a modern, functional space reflecting the company’s brand and boosting productivity. Covering 900 square meters, the project was completed in two months and included detailed interior design and project management​.

The process began with a thorough analysis of Kamenitza’s brand values and operational needs.

The goal was to create an environment that seamlessly integrated these aspects into the office design. Initial schematic designs included up to three revisions and 3D models for visualization. Once approved, we developed detailed technical designs, focusing on high-quality materials, ergonomic custom furniture, and a neutral color palette with brand-colored accents. The design aimed to balance aesthetic appeal and functionality​.

Key Elements:

• Color and Materials: A calm, professional atmosphere was created using neutral colors and natural materials like wood and stone, with strategic pops of brand colors.
• Lighting: Maximizing natural light with large windows and glass partitions, complemented by energy-efficient lighting, ensured a bright, productive workspace.
• Furniture: Custom-designed ergonomic furniture supports health and efficiency, with practical storage solutions for a clutter-free environment​.

The project managed to achieve 8% cost savings through continuous budget tracking and optimizations, without compromising quality​.
