Generali Bulgaria, a leader in the insurance sector, sought a workspace that embodied its core values of integrity, innovation, and care for its clients and employees. Our design approach focuses on creating an environment that fosters teamwork, transparency, and connection to nature.

At the core of the design is an innovative lighting concept that brings both character and sustainability to the space. Striking circular LED fixtures with moss-green interiors introduce a subtle biophilic connection, enhancing both aesthetics and illumination. This thoughtful approach to lighting creates a workspace that feels natural, inviting, and energizing.

Color plays a crucial role in defining different zones and setting the office’s overall tone. A warm palette of sunshine yellow, coral red, and crisp white infuses the space with energy and sophistication. The yellow area rug grounds casual meeting spaces, while coral-toned seating adds warmth and vibrancy to collaborative areas, subtly reinforcing a sense of creativity and engagement.

Versatility is key to the office’s functionality. Informal lounge areas feature modular seating and mobile side tables, encouraging discussions and idea-sharing. For focused tasks, acoustic panels and state-of-the-art meeting rooms provide a quiet yet connected environment for seamless collaboration.

Biophilic design elements—including lush vertical gardens and strategically placed greenery—enhance air quality and create a refreshing, natural atmosphere. Geometric wall patterns and textured surfaces add depth and refinement, maintaining a polished yet inspiring aesthetic.
