We undertook the interior design and project management of FXCM’s Sofia office, covering 2,200 square meters. The design phase was completed in 30 days, with project delivery in two months​. The project aimed to create a dynamic work environment that fostered collaboration and productivity. Key features included open spaces, ergonomic furniture, and the use of natural light, balancing professionalism and vibrancy.

Our team managed the entire process, from conceptual design to handover, ensuring quality and adherence to the timeline. We coordinated various stakeholders and oversaw the installation of custom furniture​​. The project was completed on time and within budget, achieving nearly 10% cost savings​. This efficient management resulted in a modern, functional office that met FXCM’s operational needs and reflected its corporate culture.
