Set at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, this residential development comprises three contemporary buildings designed as a coherent architectural ensemble within a shared landscaped environment. The low-rise composition follows the natural character of the site, combining strong horizontal lines, generous glazing and carefully framed views towards the surrounding greenery and
mountain landscape.

Each building accommodates three residences. Two spacious duplex apartments extend across the ground and first floors, offering a direct relationship with the garden, while a large apartment on the upper level opens onto a private roof terrace. In total, the development provides nine exclusive homes, balancing the privacy of individual residences with the sense of community created by the shared courtyard.

The three buildings are united by a large underground parking level, which keeps vehicles away from the landscaped areas and provides a direct, protected connection to every apartment. Above ground, pedestrian paths, planted zones and informal gathering spaces shape a calm, green environment shared by all residents.

The material palette reinforces the connection between architecture and landscape. Exposed concrete gives the buildings a solid and contemporary character, while warm timber cladding and light mineral render soften the volumes. Dark metal frames define the large glazed surfaces, complemented by natural stone paving and carefully integrated greenery. Deep terraces, roof overhangs and green roofs further reduce the visual scale of the buildings and create a natural transition between the interiors, the common garden and the foothills of Vitosha.
