Culinar Airport Center

The project is conceived as a bold industrial complex built around repurposed shipping containers, exposed steel structures and lightweight modular volumes. Rather than concealing its construction, the architecture celebrates it—container walls, external staircases, metal frames, mesh panels and visible structural connections become defining elements of the design. The dark graphite exterior is balanced by warm rust, terracotta and neutral façade panels, giving the building a distinctive and recognizable identity.

Inside, the industrial concept continues through exposed steel beams, OSB and plywood surfaces, polished concrete floors, reclaimed timber tables and a combination of vintage-inspired metal furniture. Oversized pendant lights in different shapes and finishes bring warmth, character and a more intimate scale to the otherwise raw architectural language.

Large glazed façades visually connect the interior spaces with the landscaped courtyards and covered terraces. Existing trees are integrated into the architecture, while pergolas, festoon lighting and flexible outdoor seating transform the spaces between the containers into active social areas.

The result is a contemporary culinary and hospitality environment that feels authentic, informal and memorable—a place where modular architecture, industrial materials and expressive interior design come together as one coherent experience.
