Office Building SG, Sofia, Bulgaria

Located in Sofia, this contemporary office building is conceived as a distinctive new addition to the city’s evolving business environment. With an above-ground GFA of 23,180 m², the project combines efficient and highly adaptable office floors with shared amenities, landscaped outdoor areas and two levels of underground parking.

The architecture is defined by a clear, elongated volume and a carefully composed façade, combining full-height glazing with a dynamic rhythm of vertical metal fins. Their varying depth and spacing introduce movement, reduce the perceived scale of the building and create a constantly changing appearance throughout the day. A transparent ground floor and a continuous colonnade establish a strong relationship between the building, its entrances and the surrounding landscape.

At the upper levels, the main volume is completed by a sculptural roof frame and generous terraces, creating a recognizable silhouette and offering panoramic views across Sofia. Integrated photovoltaic panels, green roofs and extensive landscaping further support the project’s contemporary and responsible architectural approach. The result is a refined, functional and flexible office building with a strong visual identity.
