The open-plan living space is the heart of the home, defined by a double-height ceiling, sleek floating staircase, and a mezzanine lounge. Natural wood tones, soft neutrals, and marble textures create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, with its dark cabinetry and minimalist design, contrasts beautifully with the bright, airy surroundings, while the dining area is framed by elegant lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The master suite is a private retreat, where refined materials and expansive windows enhance the connection to nature. A sculptural light fixture floats above the space, adding an artistic touch. A built-in desk and custom storage solutions make the room as practical as it is luxurious.
