MoVe Architects delivered comprehensive Project Management services for the reconstruction
of a large-scale office for a confidential global technology company in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The project covered a total area of 8,800 sq.m and was successfully completed within an
ambitious 5-month timeframe, requiring precise coordination, strong stakeholder management,
and strict adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.

The scope included the full reconstruction and optimization of an existing office environment,
transforming it into a contemporary, high-performance workplace aligned with modern
technology standards and evolving ways of working. Special focus was placed on functional
zoning, acoustic comfort, collaboration areas, and employee wellbeing, while ensuring business
continuity throughout the process.

As Project Manager, MoVe Architects acted as the client’s strategic representative, overseeing
all phases of the project — from planning and procurement to execution and handover. Our role
ensured seamless communication between consultants, contractors, and suppliers, proactive risk
management, and transparent cost and timeline control.
